It was a series of firedrills (buyer fault, not dealership) but everyone, esoecially our sales person Juan, never made it feel that way. They were friendly, and calm and efficient!!

Recently purchased a Cayenne at this dealership and was very impressed with the professionalism and no nonsense assistance provided by Jeff Marquis which continues even after the sale, answering all of my questions. Overall, a great experience.

Pleasant, respectful , knowledgeable and helpful associates. The manager Michael makes the place a real gem. I had great experience every time I visited, to get the car serviced, to choose a new car and to purchase the car. Everyone is very nice and helpful, including the financial service personnel. I recently purchased a car from Porsche Westwood from out of state and had a great experience. Everyone was very helpful throughout the whole process, especially John Suh who took the time to send me videos of the exterior and interior of the car and kept me updated on the transport. The car arrived very quickly and it was in amazing condition as they said it was. Amanda in service department (I was told she is fairly new with the dealer) is friendly and followed up very well. All on time. The work done is just perfect. Can’t ask for more.

The service department is very nice however both times I was leaving the dealership my check engine light was on. I had to return for them to diagnose the issue. Dan the tech was very nice and Chad is great to work with.

The Porsche Westwood dealership has a very impressive inventory and wonderful staff. They are friendly and knowledgeable about everything they have. Lots of dealerships have staff that know their product but this dealership is full of individuals that love their product, they are enthusiastic, fun, brilliant people that love what they do. The vibe at the dealership is unlike anything I have ever experienced before. If you are in the market for a Porsche this is the place to go!
