I recently purchased a car from Porsche Westwood from out of state and had a great experience. Everyone was very helpful throughout the whole process, especially John Suh who took the time to send me videos of the exterior and interior of the car and kept me updated on the transport. The car arrived very quickly and it was in amazing condition as they said it was. I’m beyond satisfied with my experience with Porsche Westwood and felt they really went above and beyond to make sure myself and my new car were well taken care of!

The service department is very nice however both times I was leaving the dealership my check engine light was on. I had to return for them to diagnose the issue. Dan the tech was very nice and Chad is great to work with.
The Porsche Westwood dealership has a very impressive inventory and wonderful staff. They are friendly and knowledgeable about everything they have. Lots of dealerships have staff that know their product but this dealership is full of individuals that love their product, they are enthusiastic, fun, brilliant people that love what they do. The vibe at the dealership is unlike anything I have ever experienced before. If you are in the market for a Porsche this is the place to go!

Just had my 30K service at Porsche Westwood. Dealership opened promptly at 7:00am, work to be performed was reviewed, and I asked if the car could be ready when I got off work at 1:00pm. Car was finished, vacuumed, washed, and brought out in front of the showroom at 1:00pm. All previous services at Porsche Westwood have been handled in the same flawless manner.

On Saturday, I visited the BMW, Jaguar and Porsche dealership looking to purchase a vehicle. I walked around BMW while observed but not assisted for quite a while. I was completely ignored at Jaguar. I walked into Porsche and Matthew IMMEDIATELY walked over to me, introduced himself and shook my hand.... I purchased a Macan that day!

Great buying experience with Matt Pinto. Matt is extremely well informed with his product. His knowledge and friendly, low pressure demeanor made the buying experience a pleasure. His customer service after the sale was professional and very helpful. This Porsche store was exemplary; spotlessly clean and beautifully laid out. The personnel were all helpful and low pressure. At no point did I feel that they were trying to sell me something. Courteous, welcoming, and friendly- from the General Manager, Business Manager, receptionists, and sales team; they were all great.

I have purchased warranty products from Kye.Liang. Needless to say most warranty products have a lot of "fine print". Kye is excellent as he explains and recommends products that fit my driving and mileage needs. Where there are two products he goes over the pros and cons of each so as to make the right decision. What is most important is that I trust Kye to give objective advise.. He is an assets to the dealership.
Recently bought a 2007 911 carrera cabriolet and wanted to get oil changed, detailed and a few other maintenance items addressed. Chad in service was excellent. Dropped the car off and he called me a little later to discuss one item. At pick up he reviewed the items and answered all my questions. Great experience.

Getting low coolant warning. Drove in and was greeted and car was serviced within a few minutes. Needed coolant to be added...and no charge to take care of this. Attentive, polite and professional staff.
Outstanding service on all fronts. Chad does a great job. The loaner car was a nice ride. Completed work as planned in a timely matter. In fact I was there 10 minutes before the opening of business and they opened the service department and checked me in.

This place is managed by Bruce who makes sure you feel comfortable and valued. His staff of consultants like Mathew Pinto and Mike Lookner are dedicated professionals. They’re all top notch!! In service, Mike runs a great department with super Kelly and Super Chad resolving any repair issue that could arise. All and all, they’re the best!!!

Prime Porsche performed service on my wife’s Porsche Boxster after relocating it from Oregon to Massachusetts. Needed new tires, annual service, check engine light on, alignment, radiator flush and install front License. Prime Porsche did all the above in one day in a quality manner and let me pick it up the following day due to a Pats game that night. Good Job
Brought my 911 Carrera Cabriolet in for service, Michael Albertian was fantastic we went over the vehicle and he conveyed what was needed and performed the maintenance in a very timely manner and provided a loaner vehicle. when I picked up my car it was clean inside and out. I can’t say that about other dealerships I have worked with. I highly recommend Porsche Of Westwood from top to bottom.

Check engine light came on and off. Dealer determined all ok, reset system. Replaced bulb, etc. minor stuff but they were terrific and provided a loaner so I could make my appointments.

My experience was great with Prime Porsche of Westwood. Every phone call and every contact was fantastic. We arrived 30 minutes before the dealership was scheduled to open on a Sunday morning – and the manager, Bruce welcome us and invited us to immediately test drive the car we had come to see. When we returned, Chris Sanner our service consultant and Kye the finance manager took over. We were made to feal valued and appreciated as they took the time to answer all of our questions. I have been in the market for a 2016 Porsche Macan. Zach Sweatt was my salesperson and I was very impressed. He is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about Porsches and cars in general. He was very helpful in guiding me through the add-on features that would be relevant for me. Zach was great about following up by email and setting up a test drive. Unfortunately the dealership didn't have the model in stock that I wanted (color, specific features) so I ended up buying the car somewhere else but do appreciate what a good experience I had with Zach.
